Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Hiroshima, Japan.
We select the safest and most reliable shipping method available at the time of shipment, taking into account the destination, package size and weight, and current shipping conditions.
The shipping method and carrier may vary depending on the destination and circumstances at the time of shipment.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and package size.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently ship only to selected countries and regions available at checkout.
Shipping rates may be adjusted depending on changes in international shipping conditions, fuel surcharges, or carrier fees.

Orders are usually shipped within 5–8 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business hours: Monday, Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (JST).
We are closed on Tuesdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed from the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–14 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier conditions, remote-area delivery, and peak seasons.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Each item is carefully wrapped with protective materials and securely packed for international transportation.
As many of our items are vintage, antique, fragile, or one-of-a-kind pieces, we take particular care when preparing each shipment.
Product dimensions are shown on each product page in centimeters (cm) and inches (in) where applicable.

When multiple items are purchased together, we will combine them into one shipment whenever it is safe and practical to do so.
Depending on the size, shape, weight, or fragility of the items, a larger package or separate shipments may be required.
If an order needs to be divided into multiple shipments, we will contact you when necessary.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package, the buyer is responsible for any original shipping, return shipping, and reshipping costs.
Any additional fees charged by the carrier for address changes, re-routing, storage, or re-delivery are also the buyer’s responsibility.

Some international carriers may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please provide a physical delivery address and a valid local telephone number whenever possible.
Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs procedures and charges vary by country.
We cannot declare an order as a “gift” or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at meguru@fumu.jp within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the inner and outer packaging
In the event of a carrier delay, we will assist with tracking and inquiries where possible. However, estimated transit times are not guaranteed.

Some products may be restricted or prohibited from import into certain countries or regions.
If an order cannot be delivered due to destination-country regulations, it may be canceled or returned.
Any costs incurred as a result of destination-country restrictions are the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
